Warranty Information

1. Standard Limited Warranty

Wavotec warrants all products against defects in raw materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of 24 months (2 years), starting from the original end-user purchase date (Warranty Period).

2. What This Warranty Covers

At our sole discretion, this warranty covers free repair or replacement for any unit malfunction caused by factory defects in material or craftsmanship, including:

• Component failure resulting from defective raw materials & production workmanship
• Product performance out of published official specification parameters

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The limited warranty excludes damages or failures arising from the following conditions:

• Consumable components (batteries, filters, fuses) with natural capacity degradation over service time
• Cosmetic damage including surface scratches, dents or cracked plastic housing
• Damage from accident, improper abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or third-party incompatible spare parts
• Damage caused by liquid intrusion, extreme temperature, natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake) beyond rated product specs
• Normal aging & wear after long-term daily operation
• Items marked as "as-is", refurbished units or goods purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Software is supplied on an "as-is" basis; no included software warranty, optional updates available separately

4. Who Is Eligible For This Warranty

This warranty service exclusively applies to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent product owners.
