1. Standard Limited Warranty
Wavotec warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the original date of purchase by the end-user ("Warranty Period").
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of any product that fails to operate under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship. This includes:
- Manufacturing faults.
- Components that fail under intended use.
- Performance issues that fall below published specifications.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover any of the following:
- Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, filters, fuses) designed to diminish in capacity over time.
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic.
- Damage caused by:Accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect.Unauthorized modifications or repairs.Use with non-compatible third-party parts or accessories.Exposure to liquid, moisture, extreme heat, or other environmental conditions outside product specifications.Acts of nature (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake).
- Normal wear and tear or deterioration.
- Products sold "as-is," "refurbished," or by non-authorized resellers.
- Software: This is a hardware warranty. Software is provided "as is," though we may offer updates and support separately.
4. Who is Covered?
This warranty is valid only for the original end-user purchaser and isnot transferable.
